Congratulations to Dr David Moss being elected Fellow of the Optical Society of America.

Through the fellowship, Dave Moss has been recognized for his significant contributions to the field of optics through advances in the theory of semiconductor optical nonlinearities and quantum-well optoelectronics; experimental demonstrations of integrated optical signal processing; as well as for developing commercial devices for optical communications.
