Dr Ravi Pant

Bio: Ravi received B.Sc. (Hons.) and M.Sc. degrees in Physics from the University of Delhi, India, in 1995 and 1997, respectively. He received Master of Technology in Optoelectronics and Optical Communications from the Indian Institute of
Technology, Delhi, India, in 1998. From July 1999 to July 2001 he worked with Tata Infotech Ltd. and Wipro Technologies Ltd. as Assistant Systems Engineer and Senior Systems Engineer respectively. Recently, he finished his PhD from the College of Optical Sciences, University of Arizona in the area of slow-light devices for all-optical networks. His research interests include study of light-matter interaction for designing devices for all-optical signal processing. In 2008, he joined CUDOS as a postdoctoral fellow.
