Information for Users of the School Computer System

dividing line

This collection of short guides is intended to introduce enough system features to get beginners started. It is not intended to be comprehensive. Please let the author of the guide or Peter Robinson know of any errors or ambiguities found. Contribution of additional short guides to useful topics for inclusion in future editions would also be appreciated.

Please DO NOT bother the system manager with questions until you have at least read the relevant parts of these brief guides and looked at the on-line info and manual entries for the subject of interest.

The principal means of distribution for these guides is electronic, via the web. To print these guides, simply use the PRINT command in the FILE drop down menu.
