"Dear Leader..."

Bill graduated from RMIT (Melbourne) with a B.Eng(Electronic)(Hons) and a B.Sci(Physics) in 2006. Although first coming across integrated optics through engineers, he has found that physicists like the field as well and so moved to sunny Sydney to find out more. He started his PhD in early 2007 looking at Bragg gratings in lithium niobate, now likes playing with slow light in silicon phtonic crystals and other things generally non-linear and silicon.
