[ASA] Support for Ukraine Astronomers/Scientists

Dear Colleagues
   the Academy is administering a program to support Ukrainian researchers
in eligible fields of science who have been impacted by the war with
Russia. There are two schemes:
1) for short-term visits
2) for access to Australian facilities
