As you will see, this is heavily based on the briefing to ASA council from last month. The biggest change is towards the end. I have gone thought the membership feedback form and extracted some of the more prominent and common concerns and misconceptions and tried to clarify them in the FAQ-style. As far as I am concerned, this constitutes the outcome of the membership survey and concludes it. (I do not want to get into back-and-forth discussions with individual ASA members why PASA doesn't simply become an arXiv front-end).
