Typically the Harley Wood School of Astronomy is held in conjunction with the ASM, but the proposed format of the next ASM means that we will have an unprecedented level of flexibility in terms of the format and location of the HWSA in 2024.

> Accordingly, the ASA ECR committee has put together a short survey to gauge the level of interest in a HWSA of various formats next year,  and to seek input from the community on what they would most like to see at the school. We invite all students to complete the survey, which will take no more than 5 minutes and will be anonymous unless you choose to provide your contact details. There will also be the opportunity to express your interest in joining either the scientific organising committee, or the local organising committee for the meeting.

> Please complete the survey even if you are not planning to attend the HWSA in 2024 as this will help to capture an accurate representation of the community. The results of this survey will help the eventual HWSA organising committees to create an event that best reflects the interests and needs of the student and postdoctoral community.
