### PROBLEMS ###
We suspect that there may have been fast seeing and and an inversion layer. In any case, the fringes were poor and variable, despite reasonably even beams and no obvious problems. Fringes at about a 500 micron offset in PAVO.  After tracking the cart to zero, it looked like the metrology position was making little jumps without any indication on the oscilloscope. However, after ~30 seconds, this problem disappeared as soon as it had appeared.
