None significant. I note that...
a: The cart is still jumping intermittently.
b: The office A/C was off, and all electronics/cooler etc on.

After slowing down the PAVO->Siderostat comms to once per 150 millisec, those comms problems went away. So the jumping images really did relate to lags.
