### PROBLEMS ###
Need to bugshoot azimuth on N4 star acquisition. Sometimes it would work  fine and would find the star easily, but N4 often struggled to find anything. We noticed the azimuth angle jumped as it slewed.

Also, N4 started slewing in the wrong direction and refused to stop when we pressed esc or stop on s3 gtk. Eventually it did not stop in time. Now it's stuck in clockwise pre-lim limit.

Need to convert number in PAVO gui to fringecon offset unit (um).
