### PROBLEMS ###
cart stuck at about 11.8m on a presumably bad bit of track, fixed by moving extremely slowly (motor rate of 3) to get off the bad section. 
A couple of times S1 failed to mode change and had rtp failures. Fixed with 
"automatic setup procedure" and then manual mode change to acquire(on server) then "track" on the GUI.
