Achernar: Fringes at +1170 from model, +1070 after dispersion corrected.
HR 191: No fringes anywhere.
Achernar: Tried again... nothing within 300 microns. 
Homed cart : It was SCREWED (0.5m out).
... then got HR 191 fringes. Not fantastic, even with an 8ms exposure time.


### PROBLEMS ###
S2 roof played up, showing "MOVING" when it was open, then not closing all the way. Needs to be checked.

Plenty (e.g. a tip/tilt sign error, difficult alignment) but I think it's all OK now. On Achernar, I looked at the images on MUSCA and they weren't terrible... but consistent with PAVO, the north image was larger than the south. The pupils were obviously not-aligned and slightly vignetted somewhere, with, strangely, S fainter than N. Even Achernar was faint on the APDs and there were plenty of background photons.
