### OBSDATE ### 20110113 ### LOGDATE ### 110113 ### OBSERVERS ### MJI, XH ### WEATHER ### Clear, had been raining but humidity staying at ~60% ### LOCATION ### SUSI ### PROGRAM ### Take some kind of data after nearly 5 months of near-nothing ### SIDEROSTATS ### n3 s1 ### TARGETS ### Canopus. Searched from -2000 to 7000 with an S/N threshold of 55, due to the fake fringes. ### PROBLEMS ### 1) N3 took a large spiral search to find the star. Needs effort on finding the star at autocol. 2) Large opcon tracking errors, RMS about 0.3 microns 3) Fake fringes on PAVO, manifesting as horizontal stripes in the raw data. The South tip/tilt started off as a nice beam, then ended as a sequence of ~3 stripes also. North was very blurry and with much more flux than South. In particular, it had flux *in-between* the lenslets, i.e. apparently bypassing the lenslet array. 4) acqlabjackgtk displayed 0 for intensifier gain. 5) S1/S2 roof didn't close remotely until we pressed "open". This is a wiring problem!
