### OBSDATE ### 20120327 ### LOGDATE ### 120327 ### OBSERVERS ### YK ### WEATHER ### RH (ATCA weather station) = 62% ### LOCATION ### REMOTE ### PROGRAM ### Collect data for MUSCA ### SIDEROSTATS ### n1 s2 ### TARGETS ### HR 4853 ### QUALITY ### Quite bad (no/almost no useful data ### PROBLEMS ### N1 north periscope status is 'IN'. Cannot move the sid at all. After a few 'nout' and 'sout' commands, the status changed to 'OUT'. Started with a pointing offset = 300,-100" (as recommended by the pavo.wikispaces.com website). Can't find the star. Switched to zero offsets. Still no star found after >10mins. Gave up after almost an hour spiral searching. S2 gave a "slewing failed, giving up" message. But it kept going after a manual command. Model offset = 69",-95". Skymon picture of the night sky is not indicating the star to observe properly.
