-N3 time lag as before

-Writing directly to Gareth from PAVO causes the pavo server to become very sluggish and often unusable. 

-Could never seem to keep the fringes locked for long. Yitping found that PAVO to Opcon correction times were ~16ms which seemed to big (based on a t0 of ~10ms from memory). Could this account for loss of fringes? Also, is writing directly to gareth contributing to this?

-Fringes seemed to be off centre on the waterfall, just like last night.
