### OBSDATE ### 20120720 ### LOGDATE ### 120720 ### OBSERVERS ### ACR, MJI, Jenny Patience ### WEATHER ### fine ### LOCATION ### REMOTE ### PROGRAM ### sco-cen binaries and more testing of cart upgrades ### SIDEROSTATS ### n3 s3 ### TARGETS ### lam-cru(cal) fcen- poor data, couldnt find fringes ksi02-cen(cal) ok data Rho-Sco(cal) took ~70 seconds worth of fringes and then had real trouble finding them, they looked considerably worse than the first 70 seconds of data. Tau-lib fringes looked good when they were present, however they were very intermittent (fringe lock around -1150um) something went wrong at this point and I had to do a track-spiral to reset the south acquisition origin. pi-sco(cal) fringes found easily, but lost the star unexpectedly, possible clouds? very intermittent fringes, and not particularly good-looking. At this point the humidity magically started getting lower!!! tau-sco- easily found fringes, but poor seeing/intermittent fringes rho-sco(cal) couldn't find fringes, fixed with a cart reset and a zfind (time consuming) tau-lib hard to find fringes pi-sco(cal) tau-sco mu02-sco(cal) tau-sco (previous block not so great) pi-sco(cal) Patience Collaboration Obs: hr 6743(cal) fringe at -1280um, I think there was some cloud because I lost the star and the acquisition image was quite large hr 6897 hr 6905(cal) humidity and some thin clouds appeared so I closed up. ### QUALITY ### Average ### PROBLEMS ### Saw a few messages telling me to do a cab-reset throughout the night.
