Pause @ 9:45 and wait for seeing to improve
10:20pm still no change.  Assessed that it wasn't worthwhile continuing, as there was ~30% lock time on target that would have had ~100% lock earlier this week, and V2C was almost never above 0. Likely the wind was the main issue.
