Introduction

The work for these web pages began in 1995 when I was employed under a CAUT grant to develop teaching resources to help lecturers address conceptual difficulties in their courses. This work has evolved since then to include a student resource. More information about each resource is included within the specific web pages.

These web pages are divided into three sections:

• Teacher Resources: A resource for lecturers who might like to compliment their own teaching resources
• Student Resources: A resource for students to compliment their lecture course
  (Note: these resources were written for the 1998 Thermal Physics course — they are now available to all, though are not intended for the current Thermal Physics lecture module!)
• Research Resources: A resource for people interested in researching teaching strategies for Thermal Physics
