Stacking techniques are potentially very powerful tools for exploiting a new generation of large-area astronomical surveys, and there is much to be gained by sharing our knowledge and experience. We plan to hold a 1.5 day workshop (starting at lunchtime on Tuesday 23 Feb) at ATNF to bring together optical and radio astronomers who are interested in using stacking techniques. If you would like to give a talk at this meeting, please send a title and short abstract ** by 31 Jan 2010 ** to: Elaine Sadler (ems@physics.usyd.edu.au) or Baerbel Koribalski (Baerbel.Koribalski@csiro.au ) Further information about the workshop will be posted under the 'What's On' section of the ATNF home page, see http://www.atnf.csiro.au/whats_on/index.html?action=showevent&event_id=5811
