The meeting will be held in San Diego from 27 June through 2 July in San Diego, California. The theme this year is "Observational Frontiers of Astronomy for the New Decade". The following areas will be covered at the meeting. A 250 word abstract should be submitted for review purposes and a 100 word abstract is requested for pre-publication. As has always been the policy of the SPIE, papers are due in advance of the meeting. Papers for this meeting are due before 31 May 2010.
