Numerical Simulations of Black Hole Accretion Disks
Peter Dobrohotoff (Dobbie)

I am a PhD student in the School of Physics at the University of Sydney working on numerical simulations of turbulent disk accretion and magnetised outflows around black holes. These objects can produce spectacular jets as well as X-ray and gamma-ray emission in the nuclei of active galaxies and smaller-scale accreting sources such as X-ray binaries. They are common in the universe but we have much to learn about the physical processes that drive them.

When I have some results to show or other items of interest, I'll put them here...
