In file aebv_factor.pro provide the path to aebv_factor.ebf file
The main program is abs2app
IDL>ebf_read,myfile,'/',data
IDL> abs2app,data,/CORR
It is advisabe to run it with /CORR option to enable 
low latitude correction to Schlegel maps.
