I am a senior lecturer in Astroinformatics at the University of Sydney with a joint appointment in the School of Physics and the School of Information Technologies. I am an Associate Investigator of the ARC Centre of Excellence for All-Sky Astrophysics CAASTRO, researching "The Dynamic Universe".

I completed my PhD on "Spectral Properties of Stars and Stellar Populations" in 2004 at the University of Edinburgh, supervised by Avery Meiksin and John Peacock.
When I'm not doing astronomy and computer science I love riding my awesome yellow bike.
