Total energy and momentum balance is demonstrated
for the resonant and nonresonant waves in closed plasma systems which can
evolve due to the resonant interaction of particles and the resonant waves.
The complete expression for the turbulent collision integral which takes into
account all nonlinear (in the considered approximation) effects as well as
effects due to the system's nonstationarity is derived. Additional contribution
to the correlation function of the wave fields in the nonstationary system is
calculated. Change of the energy of the nonresonant waves in
the time-dependent background medium is discussed.
