The public version of the software can be used and redistributed entirely for free for any non-commercial purpose, in particular for teaching and research (including by private companies, but not for development). The only requirement is for users to acknowledge using the software in any publications using results produced by the software. This should be done by including the CUDOS MOF Utlities in the references:

B. T. Kuhlmey, computer code CUDOS MOF Utilities, available at http://www.physics.usyd.edu.au/cudos/mofsoftware/index.html.

Furthermore, the publications on which the software is based should also be cited. Which one this is depends on the functionality of the software you are using, for details see Publications.

Any more recent releases of the software (version 2.0 and up) are **not** for free redistribution and usage -- people interested in using the latest version should contact me directly (boris.kuhlmey@sydney.edu.au), I usually respond with download instructions within a few days.
