The incorrect cavity was 30 cm square at the bottom, and 30 cm x 40 cm at the top (1 m from the bottom).  Most women are about 42 cm across the shoulders.  Caroline Byrne had no shoulder injuries, despite being wedged up to her waist. She was wedged between her back and chest in the pyramid rock crevice.
