Trial Presentations for Upcoming GEM2004
Thanks to the help and support from everyone who attended the trial presentations for GEM 2 years ago and gave us feedbacks after the talk, I was able to obtain the best presentation prize. So in order to give our new students some experiences in their presenation skills, there will be three practice talks from our students William Tsang, Darren Engwirda and I.
The talks will be on Thursday, 29th of
January, in Lecture Theatre 5 starting at 3pm. Each talk will last for
15 minutes. The title of the talks are as follows:
William Tsang - The diagnostic of
the sheath using microsized particles
Darren Engwirda - Vortex structures in complex plasmas
Felix Cheung - Dust cluster rotation in axial magnetic field
